My trip to New Orleans was a tremendous blessing in my life. During this week I got the chance to step out of my comfort zone and serve in a community that I am not accustomed to. Throughout the week I saw God at work through the kids that we worked with as well as the interns and their stories of God's sovereignty! I learned a lot about team work and what it means to truly give up your own agenda to sacrifice a few comforts to bless other people. I cannot wait to go back again next year and I hope you can pray for the city of New Orleans and the ministry that God has formed there.
